Jennifer Correa 5b4fb92696c Updated v3.5.0 EMS Schematron and Changelog Effective immediately, Alaska has made the following changes to V3.5 Schematron to remove redundant custom elements (using existing NEMSIS Element in their place) and to correct the AK's schematron:
1. Removed Validation Rule 2231 itDisposition.086 - not a required element.
2. Validation Rules 2234, 2235, and 2236 were made inactive.
