We inactivated the rule requiring eScene.11 GPS Location and updated the rule for itVitals.055 Stroke Scale Score Value to not require it when eVitals.29 Stroke Scale Score is a pertinent negative(PN) and fixed a problem where it was triggering on some runs unnecessarily.
