The rules are similar to Michigan’s rules for NEMSIS 3.4.0, with the following significant changes:* Some rules have been removed, changed, or added to reflect changes in NEMSIS 3.5.0 (including rules that refer to the disposition elements).
* Time sequence rules have been made more granular (one rule for each pair of date/time elements rather than a single rule covering multiple date/time element comparisons).

Updates to State DataSet and EMS DataSet Schematron: The addition of two new facilities to our rule that restricts imports to matching facilities.The State Data Set file only contains the addition of these two facilities and updates to the EMS Agencies list. The two facilities added were the ones with codes 265021246 and 260921247.
