All CARES rules rewritten.The only changes are the addition of the CARES Schematron rules as WARNINGS. The ERROR level rules have an effective date of 01/01/2006. There has also been one additional Facility Code added to our eDisosition.02 rule.
Change Log: New State Schematron File that has error level rules being added to incorporate the CARES Schematron rules. They have an effective date of 10/01/2025 built into the rules.New complete set of First Responder Agencies for Cares. This list includes both licensed and non-licensed first responder agencies.

Initial v3.5.0 Schematron schema for patient care report data for Michigan. The rules are similar to Michigan’s rules for NEMSIS 3.4.0, with the following significant changes:* Some rules have been removed, changed, or added to reflect changes in NEMSIS 3.5.0 (including rules that refer to the disposition elements).

Updates to State DataSet and EMS DataSet Schematron: The addition of two new facilities to our rule that restricts imports to matching facilities.The State Data Set file only contains the addition of these two facilities and updates to the EMS Agencies list. The two facilities added were the ones with codes 265021246 and 260921247.
